Supreme Nunchucks

After looking a bit at the Supreme S/S10 collection, I suddently fell over this video at Youtube. The video features Nunchucks from the S/S10 Supreme collection. I think it's a quite funny move by Supreme to make Nunchucks and then actually put them into action by making this video.
The Nunchucks will be available in red and black.

HENRIK VIBSKOV A/W 2010 COPENHAGEN FASHION WEEK

Last night Danish designer Henrik Vibskov showed us his A/W 10 collection - "The Slippery Spiral Situation." The show was held in a huge old slaughterhouse, which was the biggest location Vibskov has ever used. The runway was shaped as an U and down from the ceiling spiral-shaped tree-installations were hanging. So as always the crowd got into that special Henrik Vibskov mood and were ready for the show. The collection was a more wearable collection than what we're used to see from Vibskov and I personally loved it. Especially the women's collection were impressing, with a lot of nice dresses and classic jackets as my favourites. The mens collection were also a strong one, again with the jackets as my favourite. Black, Curry-yellow, grey and tartan checks were the main colours of the collection. So all in all, I was impressed by the collection and the show.

MINIMARKET A/W 2010-COPENHAGEN FASHION WEEK

Minimarket has been awarded designer of the year 2010 by Elle Magazine, and I must say that they sure lived up to the title. The collection was playful, colorful and fresh. Compared to many other shows we have seen this week, this show was actually fun to watch and was one of my favorite. I especially loved the happy yellow boots the model above was wearing.

VILSBØL DE ARCE A/W 2010- COPENHAGEN FASHION WEEK

The idea of the  A/W 2010  "Anatomy" collection from Prisca Vilsbol and Pia de Arce was to create an organic fashion illusion of anatomy. The styles were sculptural and very artistic in their forms and the theme came out perfectly. The skeletal structures gave the illusion of the human ribs and body muscles. The whole show was creative, very inspiring, and innovating. Even though the show was over one hour delayed, it was worth waiting for.

bARBARA í gONGINI Autumn/Winter 2010 Copenhagen Fashion Week

One of the shows we've been looking forward to the most was the bARBARA í gONGINI show and the Danish designer didn't let us down. She showed us a very dark and mysterious, but yet exciting collection. Oversized pieces with a nice use of different materials, which were put together nicely. Cool oversized dresses and loose tops were some of the main items, but also classic trousers with an edgy touch found their way to the collection. So all in all there was a little something for everyone.  The models also had to do more than just their normal up and down runway trip. A hard runway choreography, that from above could look like the models walking in an inviseble square labyrinth. However, it gave the audience and photographers a good view of different pieces and it also held the audience focused throughout the show. In the last part of the show a blonde woman came unto the runway and sang while walking on the runway, it was a bit weird, but gave it the show a little extra, than what you're normally used to.
